This vanilla blueberry smoothie will blow your mind! Not just super tasty but extremely fast and easy, and if I have to say so myself, it really does taste better than a milkshake and way healthier!
For this recipe you will need:
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries
- 1 cup Creamer of you choice (I used almond milk)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbs greek yogurt
- Add frozen blueberries and yogurt to blender and blend.
- Add creamer and vanilla essence.
So easy and so, so very good for you! Rich in antioxidants, vitamin K & C. Low in calories and high in fibre.
